Catherine Law is the managing partner of Harvesting Law Firm, chief legal counsel of Harvesting Intellectual Property Consultant Co., Ltd, and an intellectual property lawyer specializes in foreign-related matters.
Catherine completed her double bachelor’s degrees in Economic Law and Finance at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. She continued her pursuit in the field of Law at Sun Yat-sen University, where she obtained a Master’s degree in Civil and Commercial Law. In 2019, she also took part in the 7th Training Program for Leading Foreign-related lawyers run by the General Office of The Ministry of Justice.
After her admission to practice law in 2003, Catherine once worked in a foreign company as the general legal counsel for more than 7 years, then she worked in the Department of Intellectual Property Rights in DeHeng (Guangzhou) Law Office. Now she is the managing partner and founder of Harvesting law firm.
Catherine familiarizes herself with providing legal services across borders to clients from the US, Europe and Japan, and has had a close cooperative relationship with multiple investigating agencies and lawyers overseas. She also possesses knowledge of laws and regulations in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Catherine provides services to a series of international brands, including Adidas, PUMA, Apple, Eaton, CASIO, SEIKO, LVMH, Kering, Budweiser, Bosch, etc. She has also worked for domestic companies such as Huawei, Mornsun, and BYD Auto.
